Legal/billing lease issues

It transferred me to a company about trading stocks and shares not the company needed to find resolution with, UDR Apartments corporate office.

Lease

I have been texted several times since yesterday and was told through text messages to send a picture of two forms of ID. Since then I have sent them in late last night and early this morning I only have one hour before they can be sent in and approved. I have sent in the sufficient identification and still have yet to get a reply on whether they received to picture or not. This is something I feel should be done over the phone so there is no confusion or atleast through email. If there is anyways possible for your representative to get back to me sooner than the hour is over just to make sure my application is complete I would greatly appreciate it.

Rejected security deposit check from UDR

My deposit check that was sent to declined 4 times went to DIFFRENT places. Not good Will write a review on websites. I got one call and sent a lot emails. No responses. Im grateful I moved got charged for everything. I will not recommend UDR the reviews are right now I have a check I cannot cash

To get what I was told.

First off, I didnt even know I was using your site! Im greatful that I did! Im really bad at using laptops/emails, you name it! Im not having a pitty party or feelin sorry for myself at all. Its just that I was promised my deposit back after I moved out. Being 100% disabled every cent counts. I could really use that money,even if its only $750. The apt. Needed nothing but cosmetics and paint, not bad after 8yrs. Their not even returning my emails or phone calls. Being a Multi billion dollar company one would think $750 is a drop in the bucket to them. Its just sad that I made sure everything was clean inside and out. Its like a slap in the face.

Lost deposite no communication

I was approved to move into property Jan 14 2022 I had given deposite leasing agent moved another in charge unit approved then disapproved from altering documents then corrected and approved again deposit lost after cashed never received no communication what is going on? I'm in a crisis of nowhere to go please help me this is becoming fraudulent get good communication

Billing

No return call to discuss auto billing AND renewing rental!!! Will someone please give me the courtesy of returning my call ASAP its very frustrating dealing with the company I can never get the office directly and no one calls me back This is no way to get good customer relations
